*To get the most out of this club, you will need a turbo trainer & subscription to Zwift.
Ride
During the season (March to October), ride with fellow club members with meetup points in the ride village and some exclusive club rides.

Connect
We will have a whatsapp community with groups for training & riding. This is your place to chat with fellow riders, share pics from your rides, ask questions etc.
At certain rides through the year, we will have social meals after the ride where we can all get together and talk life, love and maybe a bit of cycling.
Finally, all training sessions will be on Discord with an expert coach leading the sessions & chat with fellow sufferers.
Train
We use Zwift for our training sessions & indoor races. We have two main training blocks:
Nov to end of March: 3hrs per week
2 x 1 hr trained sessions (7pm to 8pm Mon & Wed)
2 x 1hr catchup public sessions if you can't make the trained sessions
1 club race each week (Thurs evening)
You will also get 5 x monthly training PDFs with 4 to 5 sessions per week if you want to do more hours than the standard sessions.
